North East Regional Development Plan
North East Regional Development Plan (North East RDP) is the "finacing request" for european funds, being also the instrument for promoting Region's economic and social priorities and representing the regional contribution to National Development Paln.
North East RDP contains socio-economic and SWOT analysis of the Region and regional strategy. The stages followed in developing this document are: gathering and clasification of statical data, socio-economical analysis of data, making the SWOT analysis - global and specialized on interest topics, identification of key issues, formulating the main objective and specific objectives, defining priorities and measures.
2007-2013 North East RDP
2007-2013 North East RDP was approved by North-East Regional Committe for Planning on 10th of February 2005 and by North-East Regional Development Board on 7th of March 2006
Please notice that socio-ecomic analysis is under a continuos updating procedure depending on statistical data available. The socio-economic attached below is based on the latest data available in Statistical Annual of year 2005 (published in April 2006 and containg statistical data for the period 1990-2004) .

Regional Development Pan was elaborated between November 2002 - October 2003 by Plan Programing Directorate of Nort-East Regional Development Agency with a help of a widely partnership structered on three levels (regional Committe for Planning, Regional Thematic Groups and County Working Groups)
