The North-East Regional Development Agency has considerable experience in managing various grant and funding schemes, all with the aim of stimulating the region's social and economic development.
The North-East Regional Development Agency was set up in 1999, since when it has been an Implementing Authority for various components of the European Union's PHARE Economic and Social Cohesion Programmes. In addition, the Agency is a Contracting Authority for programmes financed by Romanian Government.
There is a wide range of reference documents – such as lists of projects which have been funded by PHARE and the Romanian Government available on this site, but only in Romanian.
